Terms and Conditions

All prices subject to change. Size of animal can affect price. Due to factors outside of the control of Erick’s Taxidermy, tanning is done at the customer’s own risk and cost. All customers will be notified if the condition of their animal is unacceptable for mounting.

Correct contact information is required for account set up. Customers who are active members of the military are required to provide secondary contact information. You are responsible for informing of and providing updated contact information should there be any changes.

Under normal circumstances, and unless otherwise stated, mounts are estimated to be completed by 12 months of the customer’s request. Specialty mounts (i.e. bobcats) do not have a standard time frame to be completed within.

Sales tax will be added to all item prices regardless of payment type. Convenience fees will be added for credit card payments. Anything Extra Costs Extra. This includes, but is not limited to: velvet antlers, antler repair, alterations, habitat, bases, pedestals, open mouth, and bugling.

Deposit is required before work begins. Items held for 30 days without deposit will be forfeited. Payment will be taken 3 times. Each payment is required within 30 days of our request. Remaining balance is due within 7 days of notification that an item has been completed. Items must be retrieved within 14 days of the notification date.

Unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made: Overdue items will incur a $5/day nonpayment fee until full payment is received. Unretrieved items will incur a $5/day storage fee until the item is retrieved. After 21 days of nonpayment, all money and items will be forfeited. All items held over 21 days will be forfeited and sold.

Any items held with incorrect contact information, incomplete payment, or improper communication from customer, will be forfeited after 1 year from the date of the customer’s request.
